| Fees
and Registration for 2012-13 Due to increases for ice rental and insurance, fees for the 2012-13 season will be $220 for goalies and $280 for all other players. Please post date your cheque for August 15, 2012 and give it to your Team Rep or anyone on the Executive (Deke Young, John Condos or Chris Lamers). As of April 1, 2012 a monthly late fee of $20 will be added to payments received. So the late fee would be $40 on May 1, $60 on June 1, $80 on July 1, etc. If you decide not to play next season, please let us know before August 15, 2012 and your cheque will not be cashed. Otherwise, $20 will be deducted from your refund. Please print and complete the Registration Form for 2012-13 and return it with your fees. |

VanKoughnett Memorial Award The Dave VanKoughnett Memorial Award is annually presented in memory of Dave VanKoughnett and Keith "Chip" Wilson, who played in the Ingersoll NBC Hockey League until they passed away during the 1987-88 season. It is awarded for Exemplifying the Purpose of the League (Whether you won or lost, scored a goal or got a shutout, you enjoyed playing). This year's recipient is Paul Edge (Grey), who has played every season since he joined our league for the 1992-93 season. This classic stay-at-home defenceman is also the team rep. After suffering a heart attack during a game on 2009 10 23, he returned to play again at the beginning of the next season. He and his son Kiel are one of our six father and son combinations currently playing. |
| Leave
of Absence List At the end of this season, a Leave of Absence List will be implemented for those who have not returned to play after being on the Injury Reserve List. Those on this Leave of Absence List will remain there for as long as they need to and would have to let us know when they are able to play again. Once they let us know, and a spot becomes available, they could come back and play. |
| Insurance Due to new insurance requirements, our league's insurance provider requires each player of our membership to fill out a waiver form. This form will require your name, date of birth, signature and date signed. This waiver will provide increased liability coverage for the league and new personal injury coverage for each player (which we have not had in the past), all while keeping the cost of the insurance down. If you have any questions regarding the waiver or insurance coverage, please feel free to contact League Treasurer, Chris Lamers at 519-533-2577. Since this is a new policy, we are in a rush to get the paper work filed to the insurance provider. Please complete the waiver you will receive from your team rep and return it to him, or a member of the executive, by October 21. If you do not fill out the form, you will be ruled ineligible for league play until further notification. |
| Fees
for 2012-13 Next season, cheques for fees will need to be post-dated for August 15. If you decide not to play, you will need to let the Executive know by August 15 and your cheque will not be cashed. Otherwise, $20 will be deducted from your refund. The August 15 date will provide us with adequate time to arrange for the replacement of players, receiving fees from new players, picking the teams and announcing them. Having to deal with NSF cheques after the teams have been picked and after the season has started should also be avoided, thus minimizing the number of changes to the rosters at the beginning of the season. |

Night The Ingersoll NBC Hockey League 2011-12 season will begin on 2011 09 16. |
| Draft The Ingersoll NBC Hockey League teams for the 2011-12 season will be announced on 2011 09 09 at Crabby Joe's. Festivities begin at 7 pm. |
