ANSWER	(a)  John Klein-Geltink wore leather goalie pads until the end of the 2006-07 season. (b)  Les Cuthbert wore tube skates since his rookie year in 1983 until he retired from the league in 2010. (c)  Ken Minler wore Cooperalls since his rookie year in 1999. Rob Bossence, whose rookie year was 2010, also wore a similar type of pants.
