The Executive consists of a President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Statistician.

The Executive has the authority to operate the league according to the Constitution and Rules.

The Constitution and Rules may only be amended at a league meeting, represented by a majority of league teams.

The league consists of eight teams and each team has one vote at league meetings.

New teams wishing to join the league must file an application, accompanied by a list of prospective players and addresses. Entry into the league is obtained by a positive vote of the majority of teams present at a league meeting prior to March 31.

The entry fee for this season is $800 per team. Each team must pay $400 by May 1, and the remainder by June 1. The late fee for each payment is $100.

The schedule for the regular season, tournament and playoffs will be distributed by May 1.

A maximum of 25 players per team must be registered with Play Slo-Pitch by May 1. Players may be added or deleted until July 1 and the Secretary must be notified when these changes are made.

Players must be at least 23 years old by December 31 of the playing year, however each team will be allowed three players that are at least 21 years old by December 31 of the playing year.

Players must be on the team's Play Slo-Pitch roster and play for only one team in the league. For insurance and liability requirements players must register themselves with Play Slo-Pitch before playing any games, and it is fraudulent to register anyone other than yourself. Using an ineligible player will result in forfeiture of all games that have been played with that player. This is not subject to protest.

A game will be forfeited if a team does not have at least 8 players throughout a complete game. A grace period of 10 minutes after game time will be allowed in order for enough players to arrive. Any team responsible for forfeiture must pay all costs incurred (diamond rental, lighting, umpire, etc.), before another game is played by the offending team. The forfeit fee is $40 when advance notification is given, and $75 otherwise. The opposing team will receive the $40.
